Instantly (Automatic procedure)Send an email to " iimahd+unsubscribe@googlegroups.com" and click on the verification link google sends back to you.
Within 24 hours (manual)
"Reply" to this email, and your ID will be manually removed (and also "banned" from this list to prevent your ID being reinserted) by a list admin.
(NB: Only those email IDs actually subscribed to the list can be unsubscribed. Email IDs to which emails are forwarded cannot be unsubscribed)
