IIM-A students and alumni welcomes proactive approach by Director Ashish Nanda in formulating the new IIM-A cyber policy dated 30.Sept.2013 to promote freedom of speech and expression, enunciated as under.

"The Institute promotes research by students in varieties of fields. The Institute upholds freedom of speech and opinions, that is people can have divergent views and can express it. The online entries are based on publicly available and accessible information in the public domain without bias. Thus in the IIM-A's opinion we do not find any wrong doing is being done."
